Saudi Enaya, a cooperative health insurance company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), has announced the launch of its Coronavirus Hotline service for the population of KSA, weather Enaya member of not. The lines are open to respond to any inquiry, concern or request for support that Enaya can provide to keep the population healthy. Our advice follows the wise guidance from the Ministry of Health.

Saudi Enaya urges our elderly loved ones to practice “Social Distancing” and to stay at home as much as possible. Furthermore, Saudi Enaya has activated a service to cater to the needs of the elderly by delivering not only medication, but also facilitating other day-to-day items like groceries.

“Spreading facts and information about the disease prevents fear and panic, which can be worse that the epidemic itself. Saudi Enaya will ease the concerns of callers by sharing with them the best course of action as defined by the MOH. Saudi Enaya also promotes the value of Social Distancing as it relates to keeping our elderly safe. We aim to keep our loved ones comfortable at home away from risk by supporting them with every-day errands.”
