Removing hassles from members path for seamless access to medical providers is Enaya’s mission. Enaya has activated three alternative ways for a member may choose to use at the hospitals desk. Enaya enabled the providers to register members using National ID card through a digital portal. If the member doesn’t have his card available, he can simply use the digital card on the mobile app. The mobile app digital card can be sent via email to the provider if requested. Members may also use the traditional way of a plastic card.
