Announcing the end of the creditors' objection period and there are no creditor objections

With reference to the announcement of Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company (“Enaya”) on 18/04/1445 AH (corresponding to 02/11/2023 G) at Tadawul regarding the start of the creditors’ objection period for the merger deal in accordance with the provisions of Article (227) of the Companies Law, Enaya announces the following:

The end of the creditors' objection period for the merger deal, at the end of Friday, 03/05/1445H (corresponding to 17/11/2023G), and Enaya did not receive any objections from any creditors during that period.
